Rewarding and reciprocating – Ambassadors build relationships!
Chamber Ambassadors are representatives from member businesses that attend events, ribbon cuttings and grand openings on behalf of the Chamber. They are the “face of the Chamber” in the community and many times the first contact new businesses have with the Chamber. They also make up our volunteer force that allows the Chamber to put on events such as our annual Golf Classic, Member Appreciation Lunch, Chamber Connection Visits, and our Educator Launch.

Ambassadors travel the extra mile to welcome new businesses to Henry County
In 2022 this wonderful group of volunteers, led by Ambassador Chair Brenda Landers, High Priority Plumbing & Services, attended over 50 ribbon cuttings, and welcomed over 170 new members to the Chamber.
An Ambassador of the Month is selected from members who are actively volunteering and the winner is named at the Ambassador's lunch outing that is held at the end of each month.

2023 Ambassador of the Year
Big-hearted Mike McElwaney, an Ambassador with a huge, bright smile, has been named the 2023 Ambassador of the Year! His passion to connect with people and bring value to his employer and other businesses has earned him this well-deserved recognition.
Mike's journey as an Ambassador began in October 2022 when his employer, Yesco Sign & Lighting Atlanta, joined the Chamber. He jumped straight into the role, attending up to 10 ribbon cuttings in some months and networking with business owners.
But, Mike's success as an Ambassador is not just limited to finding new business opportunities. He truly believes in promoting everyone and making referrals to help all businesses grow. It's no surprise that his fellow ambassadors cheered him on as he received this prestigious award. Congratulations, Mike! You truly are an inspiration to us all.
2022 Ambassador of the Year

2022 Ambassador of the Year, Brooke Miller, is a representative for Hammond Services. Brooke attended most of the ribbon cuttings, always engaging with the new members and making them feel welcome. and attended most of the Chamber networking events. Brooke has been a great Ambassador for the Chamber and the community.
